a turnaround

What a ton of pulsating energy beside the F1 track yesterday! It was my first ever F1 trip and boy, was the atmosphere electrifying.

We planted ourselves at the turn of a bend, hoping to catch some slick manoeuvrings or maybe a crash or two. Ok, we didn’t catch any crashes but I did hold my breath when I saw two cars hitting the kerb and a worker running quickly to clear the debris off the track.

Those cars were fast. Really fast. I marvelled at how the drivers negotiated the bend carefully and then fast forwarded their cars right after the bend when they hit the straight track.

It’s like sometimes in life, you hit a hurdle. Maybe you face a huge obstacle, or perhaps a few glitches. Looks and feels tough. Well hang on. It may take more time but it’s okay. Try your very best to get past the bend because ..

... the bend is not the end of the road! After you get past the bend, off you go on your way. Accelerate your plans then!

p/s: Congrats to Lewis Hamilton! He was really swift and adept. Definitely a thrill to watch.
